Keyboard Games // Ages 4-5        45 minutes, weekly

Keyboard Games is the first level in the Music Moves for Piano course by Marilyn Lowe, and is based on the extensive research of Edwin E. Gordon and others, about how children learn music. Click here for more information on Music Learning Theory. 

These small 2-3 student classes focus on singing, chanting, listening, moving, performing duets and solos at the piano, improvising and creativity, and training the ear to recognize musical patterns (acquiring a rich musical vocabulary), tonality & meter, and to audiate (think and understand) music.

Piano Lessons

Music Moves // Ages 6 and up        45 minutes to 60 minutes, weekly

Continuing in the Music Moves for Piano series, students grow in proficiency at the piano, learning to understand music and play with creativity, musicality, and confidence. Partner and private lessons are available as recommended by the instructor. Beginners are welcome!
